1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing in using Google Auth or running a website audit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. AI Recommendations Disclaimer
GrowthLens uses advanced AI models (such as Google Gemini) and scrapers to provide recommendations for search engine optimization, user experience, and growth strategies. These recommendations are provided for informational and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee that implementing suggestions will lead to increases in search rankings, website traffic, conversion rates, or sales.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GrowthLens and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to, losses resulting from fluctuations in website rankings, organic search volume, website downtime, or technical implementation errors arising from our recommendations.
4. Third-Party API Reliance
GrowthLens integrates with external Google APIs (Search Console and Analytics 4), AI providers (Google Gemini and OpenRouter), and ScrapeGraphAI. Our service availability relies on the availability of these third-party APIs. We are not responsible for any downtime, outages, rate limiting, or policy updates from these external providers.
5. GrowthLens-Hosted AI and Optional Custom API Keys
GrowthLens provides hosted AI access as part of its subscription plans, so users do not need to configure their own API keys. Optionally, users may supply their own API key (such as Google Gemini or OpenRouter) to utilize their custom limits or preferred models. If you choose to configure your own API keys, you are responsible for keeping them secure and for any charges incurred through your own API usage. GrowthLens stores your keys securely in your user profile but is not responsible for unauthorized use of keys you provide.
6. Subscription Billing & Cancellation
We offer monthly and annual subscription plans for our premium services. Payment is processed securely through our payment gateway provider, Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings. If you cancel, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which it will terminate.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
As GrowthLens provides digital, instantly accessible SaaS services, refunds are generally not issued for active months or annual subscriptions that have already been billed. However, if you experience an issue or wish to request a refund under special circumstances, please contact us at support@aidoralabs.in. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
